Shipping Rates

We offer simple and transparent shipping rates for all orders:

  • £3.45 flat rate for orders under £30

  • Free shipping for orders over £30

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Shipping Times

Typical delivery times within the UK and Europe are:

  • United Kingdom: 5-10 business days

  • European Union: 5–10 business days

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or customs processing.

Split Shipments

We work with multiple trusted fulfilment partners across different locations in Europe.
This means that your order may arrive in separate packages if items are shipped from different warehouses.
Split shipments may have different delivery lead times, but you will receive tracking updates for each parcel (where applicable).

We currently ship to the UK and most European countries.
